I had this problem - Putting an entry for bubba in the hosts file (C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc) fixed it. Have you tried this?

I have finally updated bubba two but cannot get the web pages back - I get a 403 forbidden ("You don't have permission to access / on this server."). I also get this message in subfolders. This looks like a permissions issue over the whole webserver or something, but I am a bit stumped. On...
