Thanks for detailed reply!

Re: Any Voip Client? Asterisk?

wow, cool!

I'm also interested in setting up Asterisk on Bubba II. Could you please write a short guideline, or some concerns to bear in mind when compiling all the packages?

I'm sure there are others that could benefit from this!

Re: WARNING: [Old] WD Green Power drives may kill themselves !!

I need to buy new hard drives, one will be used a primary and the second as a backup hard drive.

I have no considerations buying 1 TB or 2 TB, either one suits my purposes.

What would you guys recommend, go for a specific WD Green Power model or another brand??

First off, have you renamed your bubba to something else. And secondly, are you trying to connect to your B2 locally? The lookup ny name 'bubba' worked until I hard resetted my router, now it's recognized by it's IP address or http://bubba.lan I't not a very big issue, I can add a host file in wind...

Connecting to 'bubba' instead of ip address?

Hi,

What do I need to set in my router or bubba to get connected to bubba using 'http:bubba' and not its ip address??

If I use http://bubba, I end up on Internet site http://www.bubba.com/

What to do??
