It works perfectly. (though not with chmod 760 but with 750). Within the file manager users get a nice "permission denied" and mediatomb works again.

Today i updated my trusty bubba2. With the new interface users can navigate within the file manager to my /home/storage folder (via /home in the path) and access all my files. when i change permissions of /home/storage (chmod storage 700) mediatomb is no longer able to serve the files so this is not...

i mean it works when i access the websystem using "http://bubba/admin" on my pc but not when i use "http://mydomain.com/admin"..

i just found out it works local (bubba) but not using internet (mydomain.com). Are there any ports that need forwarding (i use bubba behind my router)?
