Re: Assign /admin to port
Did you `su` to become root? Yes. Also, I'm not sure how to read the localhost:8081 bit. Are you using something like wget to verify that the server returns a page, or is this the actual URL that you try to reach running your browser? Note that localhost is not an alias for the B3, but refers to th...

Re: Assign /admin to port
I've tried that but whit no luck. I added the listen port 8081 in /etc/apache2/ports.conf and then I just copied the *:80 section in the /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/bubba and renamed it to 8081. But when i tried to access localhost:8081 I got no response. Im thinking maybe the iptables are blocking p...

Assign /admin to port
Hi I'm running my bubba the other way around, with the LAN-side to internet. Don't ask why.. long story :) But I want to open up port 80 to the internet to be able to use the web-server and so on. Of course i don't want to give access to such services as the /admin page and /music and so on to the i...

Restore debian?
Hi I't seems that I have done something dumb to my bubba and now it will not accept DHCP-offers. I can't remember what I did when it went wrong so I'm looking at a total reinstall of the OS. Is there any way reinstalling only the networking part of debian if not how do I reinstall without formatting...

Re: Disable firewall?
Now why didn't you say that before? Mabye I should've. It would've explained my strange setup  The thing is, you won't need to because the only thing accessing the WAN port will be the phone and whatever you let the old router forward from the internet. The advantage in this is that you can s...

Re: Disable firewall?
Right.... And you think that what I said before was complicated  So, essentially what you're saying is that you want to double NAT the VOIP unit and you actually managed to get this setup to work with the one little problem that you had to reverse the network connections on the Bubba. Can I a...

Re: Disable firewall?
The purpose is to this setup is to trick the voIP unit that its connected directly to the internet. The voIP provider sent me this cheap Netgear router where i also can connect my phone and they want me to use this as my main router... I think not :) So instead of using it as my main router I want t...

Re: Disable firewall?
Damn. Thats complicated. I just want to use the Bubba 2 as an gateway between two IP-subnets. 192.168.0.* and 83.241.1.* The only thing that will be connected to the 83.*-network is my voip box. It will not work unless it gets a public ip. Some stupid thing the provider did to make me put it first i...

Disable firewall?
Hey I've got my bubba behind a router with a firewall and I want to use both the LAN and WAN port on my bubba. My plan is to use the bubba to connect 2 networks with different subnets to etch other, but the firewall keeps giving me problems with not being able to access things from the WAN side. So ...

Lura telefonidosan med DHCP-server på WAN-porten. (SVE/ENG)
