Re: [Cancelled] OpenProducts to take over Excito B3 product
Dear all, Tor and I would just like to make it clear that while we think that there is still a lot of potential in the B3, we realized that sharing focus between new product development and maintaining the B3 was not a good setup, and with hind sight it should have been obvious from the beginning. B...

Re: OpenProducts to take over Excito B3 product line
Dear all, During this summer OpenProducts and Excito has been working on a deal whereby OpenProducts would take over the responsibilities for the B3 product line. Over time it has become more and more evident that OpenProducts do not have the resources needed to maintain both the B3 and at the same ...

Re: Using USB for Outside Line Connection
Many of the build in services can be started and stopped from the web interface.
Others can be started and stopped from the command line, ssh to your B3, become root and run

Re: FTP Backup version control
Hi all, The build in backup in B3 uses duplicity which in turn uses a rsync backend to create the diff files. It is only the diff files that are copied whether you are using ssh or ftp or storing it to a local file. Ubi, please correct me here if I am wrong, it was a while ago that I actually did wo...

Re: OpenProducts to take over Excito B3 product line
OpenProducts and Excito are two seperate companies and we can not speak for Excitos plans of their future. However, OpenProducts will continue to develop products, but it is too soon for us to be discussing future products, right now we need to focus on getting the final details together with Excito...

pcrene,
Most likely you have a php error somewhere in the code, I think it should be visible in the apache error log file.

Hi,
For the default language setting, edit the file "/home/admin/.bubbacfg" and set "default_lang=en"
For each individual, the language is set in the "/home/user/.bubbacfg" with the "language" variable.

Re: Upgrade problems due to debian Etch repos moved
The hotfix will only be applied if you have a version that is less than 2.0.3.
So if you have managed to get 2.0.3, the system can update, thus the hotfix should not be applied.

Re: Upgrade problems due to debian Etch repos moved
The hotfix will actually only disable the missing etch repos, we try to do as litte as possible through a hotfix. The update to the correct etch repos will come in a normal upgrade. However if you manually want to change the repos, here is the new location: http://archive.debian.org/debian/dists/etc...

Upgrade problems due to debian Etch repos moved
Debian has changed its location for the Etch repositories, which has led to that currently Bubba can not download these files. The result of this is that all updates will now hang. We will release an hotfix for this, probably tomorrow (June 23rd). To run updates, make sure that the "hotfix"...

Regarding the firewall config, this was a bad choice of words, again it is the code that handles changes to the config that ...
