In the router you need to port-forward port 80 to the ip-address of your B3. Port 80 is standard http://-port and all requests on that port from internet needs to be passed on to the B3.

The only actual hard thing of geting motion to work is getting the webcam work under linux. Try google the cam-brand +linux to see if you can find any tutorials. I have one webcam that I simply could not get to give anything but the great battle of ant's :!: As soon as I tried another camera it work...

You should port-forward the ports for all the services you are using on the B3 to it. The first one you need is port 80, the http-port. Then you might need 21 for FTP and 22 for SSH terminal connection (preferrably change it to something else because port 22 is oftenly scaned on the internet for wea...
