phpsysinfo sounds like its worth checking out as it is extensible and runs over the web Thanks. I was unaware of that one. However, the backend (or is it the front) is not my current concern. I would like to know how the temperature is monitored; is there, for example, a special chip that lm_sensor...

CPU temp monitor
Is there a utility to monitor the CPU temperature on the Bubba|2?
I will be using this little server remotely from an inconveniently distant
site and since it is not in a tightly controlled environment, I would like to
monitor as much of it's health as possible.

The same happened for me. I upgraded from the command line through SSH:
DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive apt-get -y update
DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive apt-get -y dist-upgrade
It seems to be working well... so far.
BTW: I am new to Debian and I am just becoming familiar with Bubba|two.
