Is it possible to print to a Bubba connected printer from a PC running XP Home? I cannot get it to appear, even by putting the XP PC into the Excito workgroup.

If not then it is not suitable for the purpose for which is was sold and it will be heading back tomorrow.

A typo in my.cnf caused the daemon to not start!

It arrived this morning - so that's about 1 week for UK

I just discovered that the latest version (the RC for 3.0) requires PHP5

You will need to run 2.5.4 (unless you have Etch)

Just letting you know...

Next question though... will it arrive with Etch? If not how long until it is available?

If it does not come with Etch I may just limit my initial use to "tinkering" until I can upgrade to Etch because I assume the upgrade will wipe all my data.

I had assumed that my USB printer, a Samsung ML 1510, would work with no tweaking required. However I have just read a thread about getting an HP laser printer to work and am now worrying that I will have to do complex things to get my Bubba to print when it arrives.

Am I worrying about nothing?

OK, I only ordered my Bubba on Monday, but I am really keen to get my hands on it.
