Re: Automatically logged off when playing music
Maybe it's the firewall on the company that resets the connection? Try and connect to the B3 via ssh from work if that is possible via the fw.

Re: Forked-daapd for Airport express / iOS -owners :)
Thanks Carl, that worked
Now i will have to find out how the #!€! the iDevices will be able to list the songs on them. Pairing was simple but getting the songs to actually be seen on the iWhatever seems a bit buggy

Re: Forked-daapd for Airport express / iOS -owners :)
tz tz apt-get install -f alone, without the package name this should fix the apt-get existing issues btw, seen the error, I'm not sure it will solve the problem, as the problem seems related to a package version requirement, intead than a missing dependency... anyway the above cannot hurt Well, sad...

Re: enable complex passwords?
I have fixed complex password on my b3 and i gave myself access to the server via ssh and when logged in i just changed password in the terminal. Then i checked if it was possible to log in via the webclient, and since it was, it worked

I am very happy with my little B3 and really impressed of it as a server / itunes library server etc but i would be even more happy if i could use my iPhone / iPad and the Apple remote app to pair with the itunes-library on the B3 and therefore be able to turn of my computers when i wanted to listen...

Mumble VoIP server on B3 possible?
Hello there, I haven´t bought a B3 yet but i plan to do so if i can convince my wife that we really need one of those, and one of those good points to do so would be if it was possible to run an Ventrilo-alike server on it. At the moment i have an pizza sized noisy server in the garage running a Ven...
