You assume right :)

Re: Easyfind && Update not working on 3 device

Hello,

I checked the system and I think I found the issue, related to the original excito image not supporting TLS 1.2. I made a change on the server and tested the easyfind function and it seems to work well on my test b3. Can you try again ?

Re: Debian stretch (9) image 1.1 released for B3

OK I've compiled a 4.9.135-1 version including the DRBD module, you can download it here. I will make an official release later but it should be good for the time being.

Re: Cryptsetup and the 3.18.27-1 Kernel

Hello, Well the messages are expected because you are downgrading the kernel. It's not such a big deal though. That being said I'm going to try to fix the new kernel. I'll keep you posted, in the meantime either mark the bubb3-kernel to hold or do not upgrade to avoid replacing your -88 working vers...

There is no excito user on the install/rescue system. Login with root/excito.

Re: Arch Linux Live-USB for B3 updated (archlinuxarm.org kernel, shorewall migration)

That's great, thanks !

I'm curious, why did you drop shorewall ? And why did you write a custom script instead of using another wrapper like firehol ?

Re: Debian stretch (9) image 1.1 released for B3

You need to add the following lines at the end of the install.ini file (remove the wipe if necessary):

Code: Select all

[general]
image = stretch/b3-stretch-1.0-20170703-2130.txz
wipe = true
They were missing in the version 1.1 of the install archive, I've reuploaded a corrected version.

Thanks

Re: Debian stretch (9) image 1.1 released for B3

The logs tells there is no image in the configuration so I need to see the content of the install.ini file first. The USB key does _not_ perform an upgrade, it's a simple install. It's fairly quick on the b3, usually no more than 2-3 minutes mostly depending of the total disk size being formatted. T...

Re: Debian stretch (9) image 1.1 released for B3

It's likely that U-Boot doesn't like too large ext3 filesystems. You could try to flash to the rodeus version available at http://install.excito.org/b3/uboot/beta/ using the instructions on the wiki page you mentioned earlier. It's more recent so it may work. I don't have 3tb drive to test it.

Re: Debian stretch (9) image 1.1 released for B3

I just saw your edited comment, good news.

So with the default disk size, you get a 10g root, and it boots. Then you grew it to 2T and it still works. When you grow it above the 2T limit, the b3 won't boot anymore ?
