So you've opened the unit and disconnected then reconnected it and still no go. I suspect your unit is broken, contact support.

Assuming you've restarted the unit and tried all of the above, try and see if the wireless is reported. Also examine the output of to see if there is any sign of the wireless being detected. If not, then I suspect your unit is broken.
