Re: B3 with Windows 7 - Explorer
If you know. The ip address of the b3, you may want to try and connect via the ip address: in the Ddress bar of explorer just type \\192.168.10.1\ (or whatever the ip is) and it should connect

Re: Keep router while testing
so what you're saying is, is that I'm wrong (and Gordon is right!)! You do have both the B3 and the ISP router in parallel directly to the switch. On top of that you have the WAN port of the B3 connected to another port of the ISP router. That sounds a bit like a recipe for disaster, but apparently ...

Re: Keep router while testing
If I understand the setup then the routers are not competing, but the b3 is placed inbetween the ISP router and the LAN (i.e. the ISP is connected to WAN on the B3, and the switch is connected to the LAN port on the B3).

Re: Keep router while testing
Are you planning to set up a vpn to or fom theb3?
Re: B4?
Besides the points mentioned above, the cpu in the b3 blows the cpu of any phone out of the water when it comes to server tasks. It's been quite a while since mere clock speeds meant anything usefull.

Re: Release notes for Excito Bubba 2 software version 2.4.1
if the disk is missing the RAID system will flag the RAID1 as degraded and keeps on going. If, during powerdown, you add the SDB and start up, the system will identify the sbd, and specifically the partition that has a partition identifier saying it is part of a RAID system, and then start rebuildin...

Re: B3 not booting after re-install using USB key
Hi I read your post 4 times and I'm still not sure what you mean. Can you please re-specify, using short sentences that do not contain ambiguous references to other sentences? Also please specify if the USB disk you use is new or if you used that exact disk to install the OS sucessfully before thanks

Re: Cat tripped my RAID-disk: RAID Array degraded
No you are incorrect. /dev/md0 is the RAID device. this virtual device consists of physical devices /dev/sda1 (internal disk /dev/sda and partition 1) and /dev/sdb1 (external disk, partition 1). You can verify this by reading /proc/mdstat. If /dev/sdb* does not exist, then the external disk is not c...
