Now available with Solid State disk

Post by johannes » 18 Feb 2009, 03:40

As from today, Bubba Two is also available with Solid State disks. We have tested several brands and selected a few that seem good enough and offer a decent price; currently Patriot Warp and OCZ.

Currently 32 GB is available, but more sizes can be arranged upon request.

See our shop for pricing.

What price could be for Bubba2 with SSD with over 100 Gb?
If such could be available.

Thank's in advance,
Janeks

Yes, we can fix this if required (add a few days of delivery though). Example:

B2-SSD32 (Patriot Warp 32 GB): 3995 SEK
B2-SSD64 (Patriot Warp 64 GB): 4995 SEK
B2-SSD128 (Patriot Warp 128 GB): 6985 SEK

(prices apply 2009-02-23)

..so they are quite expensive still. Let us know if this is of interest!

All the best,
/Johannes

Yes, expensive!
Especialy for replacement.
But if I would decide for buying new one, than I would likely chose one from 32 or 64 gb.
I think it is best variant for cases when user have already one big volume external disk, like me. Than it could be set up so that works only when user needs it.
