To fix the timezone thing:
Edit your /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini. Under section [Date] (in my php.ini on line 865) ad;
date.timezone = "Europe/Stockholm"
if you live in sweden.

Thank you for the help. The problem was that I can't read. I automatic added the domain name to the username when login and therefore it didn't work. After removed that option it works good.
