Is the box any good to us outside Sweden? Eg would it work with UK on demand services?

not really, no. We focus strictly on making a good user experience for our Swedish customers, so we have not included any other services. THe only thing that you will benefit from is Youtube and DLNA, but that's not much worth alone..

I think there are cheaper options if you just want that (Raspberry Pi for instance).

Yes, it works nicely with the b3. Note that this weekend we have a campaign so with the BUBBA code, it's only 295 SEK! (About 30 EUR).

And about raspberry pi and the likes, they are quite techy to use, this product is made to be easy.
