Request for multiple LUN support

Hi!
I have a Drobo where I have specified a LUN size of 2TB. Since my discs are in total larger than that, I will get multiple LUNs. This is not a problem in windows nor in linux if the kernel is compiled with multiple lun support (it will enable the "USB drive" to generate more "drives").
However, when I plug the Drobo into Bubba|TWO it only shows the first LUN (which mounts just fine).
So could we please get support in a future kernel for multiple LUNs?
I am pretty sure it is not supported right now since I get this

Code: Select all

fallberg@bubba:~$ cat /sys/module/scsi_mod/parameters/max_luns
1

Hi Patrick,

I assume this is for Bubba|TWO? I have added this to our checklist, to be evaluated, for next kernel upgrade. Hopefully this wont be to far off.

Hi,
yes, sorry it is for |TWO.
Great. I would be happy to beta-test for you though I am reluctant to experiment too much since I can't get the rescue-through-USB function to work but that is a separate post on the support forum.
