Great product. Looking to get one myself soon. I may wait until some of the new models suggested in the Features board come out - dual processors, dual NICs, integrated UPS, food processor and lava lamp, and pre-installed Battlefield 2 server.
A suggestion to expand the FAQ on the can't reach http://bubba question. If you capture your potential market, you're going to get a bunch of Windows people who are Linux noobs or even Linux nots. I'm in the former category. Unlike the Linux whiz kids, you're going to have to spoon feed us every step of the way, i.e., "apt what???"
There are bunches of reasons you might not reach bubba by name. In addition to your suggested fix, consider adding: make sure NetBios over TCPIP is enabled, and include painstakingly detailed instructions how to find that setting in the Windows network control panel.
I spent a good hour banging my head over this one with a non-bubba server. I'm guessing the wrong setting could also create issues with the bubba, as well.

Great product. Looking forward to the MK2 model.

FAQ - Can't reach http://bubba
Hi jimindc,
Thanks for the feedback! We appreciate you taking time to let us know your thoughts. Website updated, and regarding the NetBIOS stuff, I'll look in to it.
And no, we aren't planning a lava-lamp edition soon, sorry.
Thanks again!
