Have you added the extra config lines to the apache conf as stated in the installation guide of backuppc? I had a quick look and it seems you need add a few lines to /etc/apache2/sites-available/bubba.
Backuppc looks really cool so I might give it a go myself

What are the permissions of /usr/share/backuppc/site? It should be readable by all and if it is not you can rectify this with chmod.
Thanks for the tip Xnij!

Hello Xnij,
I hoped you installed backuppc do you know how to configure it to back up? I tried to read the manual but I still have no idea what to do.
I'll try to read it once more tommorow. hope you get better luck configurating and working with it
So how is everyone doing with backuppc now? Any progress?
I installed it and have successfully made a backup of my main linux laptop but seem to have a problem with it backing up the localhost. WAN access is working also.
I still need: localhost backup, and Win machines config + backup.
