Bug report: backup tool confused by filename "error"

The backup tool gets consused if a file has the word "error" in its name, and thinks that the has backup failed. For example the download of the coding samples from a programming book contains the directory

.../javascript unleashed/7 Essential Programming Techniques/Chapter30 Error Handling

The backup tool thinks that [possibly the log file] containing this line is an error message.

This suggests a very naive approach to error identification in the implementation of the backup tool.
