Request for multiple LUN support

Hi!
This topic is cloned from the Bubba server feature request forum as it is more appropriate here.

I have a Drobo where I have specified a LUN size of 2TB. Since my discs are in total larger than that, I will get multiple LUNs. This is not a problem in windows nor in linux if the kernel is compiled with multiple lun support (it will enable the "USB drive" to generate more "drives").
However, when I plug the Drobo into Bubba|TWO it only shows the first LUN (which mounts just fine).
So could we please get support in a future kernel for multiple LUNs?
I am pretty sure it is not supported right now since I get this

Code: Select all

fallberg@bubba:~$ cat /sys/module/scsi_mod/parameters/max_luns
1
This is also true for 1.2 version of the Bubba software.
Do you have any roadmap for when this update might be implemented (it is just a kernel config change necessary to activate it, but I guess thorough verification is the issue here :-) )
