Update Problems

I seem to be getting a lot of 404 errors when installing software and updating:

Examples:

404 Not Found [IP: 130.239.18.173 80]

.
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

404 Not Found [IP: 130.239.18.173 80]
Failed to fetch http://ftp.se.debian.org/debian/pool/ma ... .2_all.deb 404 Not Found [IP: 130.239.18.173 80]
E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?
