Thanks and Goodbye

Post by tor »

I would like to "abuse" this Announcement forum a bit and take some time saying goodbye (for now).

After almost ten years at Excito I, some time ago, decided that it was time to focus on other stuff. So since some one month ago I have started working for my self as a freelance developer while contemplating on what to do next in life.

With that said I would like to say a big thank you to all you users who has supported us by using the B1, B2 and the B3 products. You really made the difference, for me at least.

I would also like to wish Excito the best of luck in the future. (I know for a fact that the upcoming 2.3 release will contain quite some real nice polish)

Since I'm no longer employed by Excito I will most likely not be as active in the forum, this coincidently being my 700th post :), or on the Wiki. I will however most likely keep my blog somewhat up2date and there will most likely be quite a few articles on Bubba as well. (This since I, of course, currently use Bubbas exclusively for my home infrastructure.)

So keep up the good spirit!

You realize that you just answered a post that's over two years, right? In fact, Tor is just on his way back to the realm of Bubba servers...

Yeah, I know... :D

Sometimes it just feels more important to follow the inner voice of your heart and do your thing (as to write a reply in an old thread), than to skip it for rational reasons. Strange, eh?
