How to switch off the HDD automatically

Hello,
i am using my B3 only for music streaming with the squeezebox server. If i dont hear music, i want the HDD to go into sleep mode. With starting hearing music i want the HDD to wake up.
How can i have accesss to the power management of the B3?
And in case of installing software, how do i have to do this?
I am very new in this topic.
