As I can see is that you have the same address (and thus the same network) on both eth0 and eth1, which might be the cause of the problem.

I have now backported rtorrent 0.7.9, it is at the moment available in claire (haven't tested it fully) had to backport libtorrent10 libxmlrpc-c3 and libcurl3 as well. if someone dare to, you could try this one, but no guaranties.
