If you have never made an upgrade then I suggest that resolving this problem is the first step since there has been some major updates to the software handling downloads. Are you familiar with using the command line? Can you, as Eek asked, post your /etc/apt/souces.list and also the output from the...

Re: Support for the original bubba?
Although a new bubba seems to be on the horizon, I want to know if the original bubba (which still works like a charm) will get a (last) update? Will it get etch (debian 4.0) or stay with sarge but with the last update (3.1 from April 13th, 2008)? Thanks, Albert Hello, There is planned a final rele...

OpenSSH
As per http://lists.debian.org/debian-security-announce/2008/msg00152.html we want to inform you that as bubba is running on oldstable (sarge), it's not affected by the security bug. But if you have manually updated to Etch, then it's highly recomended to upgrade the system and to regenerate all key...

As bubba still uses sarge, it's not directly affected. Etch is affected, so if you have installed etch, you might want to make a check.

I couldn't get it to work, see picture. Reason for keeping the disk NTFS is that it's going to be used both for linux and windows machines. http://img413.imageshack.us/img413/6334/mount1ti8.jpg To use mount to mount an ntfs filesystem, the kernel must have that support activated. An alternative is ...
