osa: I don't know how to copy the compiled kernel to FLASH (nvram), Tor should answer this, but it is possible to boot Bubba using USB or serial port, probably just as your ARM board, when the FLASH is empty (or destroyed). Using serial port is the simplest, you can use windows hyperterminal (xmodem...

If I'm not mistaken, linux machines can't write to NTFS file systems, right? However, transferring via FTP should only take something like 12 hours if I did the math correctly (5-6 MByte/s). Note that FTP is faster than SAMBA on bubba. Regarding bittorrent, yes, you could probably install anything y...

First, do what bubbalibre suggests, to clear the error. Probably something went wrong when you tried updating from the web interface, since some other updates (from the debian sources) required user intervention, and thus, failed. So, do the: dpkg --configure -a And then retry to update the packages...

Hi all! Your assumptions are fairly correct, just to clear out: The 2W stated in the manual is wrong, thanks for notifying me on that, I'll remove it ASAP. That's an old figure based on the fact that we would spin down the disk when idle. However, for varous reasons (life time, noise etc., I can exp...

jamerson, I just tried it myself, and can confirm that this is a bug on our side. We'll look in to it, but until we have a new release, it should work to alter your main.cf manually, to get it something like this: # mydomain = (comment out) bubbahosts = domain1.com domain2.com mydestination = localh...

I do just that at home, have two Bubbas, where one is fetching my emails and some other data from the other every night, and sends me a confirmation email every time. Works perfectly. The script is fairly simple, I have actually started writing a small guide on this. Le me know if this is of interes...
