Re: Is Easyfind down?
I've modified the DNS configuration of easyfind.excito.org to a CNAME to easyfind.mybubba.org. . Let's hope it will work. If you set up your own CA, you can also push it to the bubbae through an update while at the same time removing the dependencies towards the excito.org domain. The issue with thi...

Re: Is Easyfind down?
We are currently working things out with Ubi as fast as we can. I hope it will be soon working again.

Re: Is Easyfind down?
I think I can convince Rodeus people to transfer these domains to Ubi's control. No guarantee here but if Ubi is ok it would probably be the simplest solution.

Re: Is Easyfind down?
As a matter of fact I don't know much more than you do. We have indeed taken over the domains but we didn't touch any of the DNS domains configuration. We just made sure that everything was paid for the next six month. The name servers for myownb*.com are ns1.excito.org and ns2.excito.org and both p...

Re: Kernel 3.2 for B2/B3
That's good work thank you. I am currently unable to work on these things because I didn't receive my units yet. As soon as I can I will get back on kernel github repo and make it work for both B3s and B2s.

Re: Minimal wheezy install images for b3
I'm going to answer to your looong post in the hope that you will change your mind and get back to your b2 because even if it's older and less powerful than the b3 it is still an nice unit (I have one myself and I confess that I grew much too attached to it  ) I guess what I learned now is tha...

Re: Minimal wheezy install images for b3
Do note that bubba-frontend is a meta package that pulls in various other packages, including critical ones such as the ssh daemon. If you simply uninstall the Excito related packages you'll end up with a brick that you can only access when booting the rescue system. That is absolutely right, that'...

Re: Minimal wheezy install images for b3
[@MouettE or others] Would you happen to have also a Minimal Wheezy system for B2 at hand? As a matter of fact I have a B2 which runs wheezy so that would be possible. I will make new image for the b3 in the future and I'll include the b2 as well. However you should expect some delay because I don'...

Re: New Mybubba.org servers
* update.mybubba.org This takes over b3.update.excito.org. As it also listens to b3.update.excito.org we can transit this server without modifications on the client. Currently only the elvin and hugo repos are present. This service needs assistance from an experienced maintainer of debian repos, fo...

Re: Excito in bankruptcy
Let's hope that excito employees will not stay unemployed too long... I was wondering about the software repositories (at least install files and excito debian repos). Where will they be hosted ? Ubi's too ? I have some disk space available hosted by ovh (where I already put some stuff), I can provi...
