Re: [request] Extensibility of the admin interface
Gordon, 1. Horde download limit is set automaticly (['fetchmail']['size_limit'] = 4000000) with every update I have to set it to higher value by hand. Would be nice if it can be done via web interface. 2. IP table advanced wil not help if you want more advanced settings for example: ssh access from ...

Re: [request] Extensibility of the admin interface

Error/service Mail messages to admin or other account if bubba found problem (for example RAID out of sync, HD ne...

Re: Easyfind or not easyfind?
Yes I use it all of the time.
When i'm at work, abroad
When i want to connect to my father bubba easy find is nice.
In holland we have dynamic IP adresses so its nice.
When my service provider places a new router i.e. i get sometimes a new ip number.
Eayfind = Usefull

Hello Daniel,
I own a DUNE hdi MAX and this works perfectly for music (good DA converter!).
Advantage you can use it as video media player and music player.
DLNA works. Use is with or without HDD.
did you check your power supply? strange that both of them died....

share for non users (upload)
Hello,
does someone knows a simple way for non users to upload a file to a public folder without access to storage etc.?
With ftp or webinterface with an useraccount you can see storage etc.
How can for example my friend upload a file to my bubba (with internet acccess).

Re: cron backup job
Hello Ludwig,
Why use Rsync? you can use the backup feature within the bubba interface.
Or you can run a script with cron to create a regular copy or tar to the external drive.

Re: BubbaMon v0.18 available
Johan, It seams my problem of not showing information in Bubbamon probably is caused by squid or squidguard. I use this as a internet filter for the kids, with ncsa authentication. Starting firefox first I login with username and password and bubbamon doesn't show information. When I start a second ...
