Re: Domoticz on the B3
Loving the idea of this home automation, but I found that the Tellstick is somewhat hard to acquire. Browsing the web I also ran into some articles that named this device troublesome and obviously I want it to be compatible with the remote control devices I already have. Also it is just a transmitt...

Re: Finding out what's using disk
You can safely move this cron.hourly job to cron daily. That's how I did. It is more than enough for our usage of B3. Another way is to completely remove that script and in /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini check that session.gc_probability is set to 1, this means that every thousand login old sessions wil...

You realize that you just answered a post that's over two years, right? In fact, Tor is just on his way back to the realm of Bubba servers...Moloko wrote:All the best in the future and thanks for the support so far!

Re: OpenProducts to take over Excito B3 product line
And also the dot on their map is not in Limhamn, rather somewhere in Germany :D /Daniel Excito has been in Hyllie the times I've visited them. Haha... So even the address was wrong on that page... Well, anyway I don't think you'd see the difference between the dot being in Limhamn or Malmö on that ...

Re: OpenProducts to take over Excito B3 product line
No, IOCELL is an old distributor we had in the US some time ago. They are not anymore, but obviously they still have some stock. I'll ask them to update the contact information, it's not correct that we are their swedish branch, that does not make sense. And also the dot on their map is not in Limh...

Does this mean that OpenProducts are now responsible for all the bubbalove? Or could Excito still send out bubbalove?johannes wrote:With lots of bubbalove,

Re: What can I actually do with a V1?
So it's just a question of someone going through the work of breaking the bootloader and making a custom ROM for it then, right
I'd buy it right now if I knew I could install CyanogenMOD on it. But... Oh, I can't buy it, since I'm not a Tele2 customer...

Re: Excito V1 Forum Permissions?
Still need to get all my posts approved by the all mighty, but without consulting the FAQ, I think that's how it's supposed to work for a newly registered user. Yep, that's the way it works for newbies, to prevent users registering just to spam. But half mighty is enough for that, so I've approved ...

Re: Wifi stopped working...
But when the B3 was in the cabin, it's antennas were like millimetres from the fiber stuff It's not likely (i.e. impossible) that an optical fibre was interfering with it, or do you mean some kind of switch/router? Yes, it's active equipment, a Packetfront CPS 500, handling fiber in and ethernet, t...

Re: Wifi stopped working...
if this something is no longer disturbing when you place the B3 right next to the cabinet, then that cabinet is definitely shielding *something* :D . What happens when you stick the wi-spy inside the cabinet ? That is the next thing I plan to test. Just haven't got around yet. Will follow up when I...

Yep. I've been running with the door open.RandomUsername wrote:Are you sure it's not the cabinet itself blocking the signal?
Also the signal is very strong, so it's not something blocking. More like something is disturbing.

Re: Wifi stopped working...
Ok. With the risk of being declared a complete idiot, I'll tell you all what's happened and what seems to have been the problem. My "server room" is a small cabinet, around 10x30x40cm. It contains UPS, my ISP's fiber stuff, my B3 and all the cabling needed. As you might understand it's kin...

Re: B3 crashes
As for munin-node, i just did exactly did what ou did, but maybe i enabled the upstream repo. Anyway if you get it to work just pm me about the server config. Yep, munin-node is in Debian repo. It's version 1.4.5 though, I'd recommend getting it from Backports instead, they're on version 2.0.6. htt...

Re: Wifi stopped working...
Since you connect USB items to your B3 I suppose you're using a USB hub. Is it a USB hub where you can plug an additional power adaptor? If yes you might want to try that. In that case the power supply of the B3 is less 'stressed' The hub I've used is not powered, so I've thought about testing a po...
