Johan,
just to let you know that the latest version now works fine.
Thanks very much and have a nice weekend,
Ian

Re: New release of BubbaMon, the Firefox add-on
I should have made it clear that I have a B1; sorry about that.
You're probably right about the problem being present in all fields; it's just easier to spot in the hour field. I will install the new version when I get home.
Thanks in advance for the fix...

Re: New release of BubbaMon, the Firefox add-on
Hi Johan,
I've recently noticed that the uptime displayed in the FF plugin is 9 hours behind the uptime displayed in the webadmin interface. I've upgraded to v .0.8, but the problem still persists. It's obviously not serious, just a bit strange...
Cheers, Ian.
PS. keep up the good work

Re: Is Bubba useless for PHP?
I suspect the lack of reaction from owners is that not many have written their own php applications, so are not in a position to comment. However, I have installed wordpress (which is php based if I'm not mistaken) and it is incredibly slow, meaning that I've given up using it. I also use qwikiwiki,...

I've had this problem before, and I think it's possibly caused by having reset the router. If you reset your router and DON'T restart your bubba, the bubba retains its IP address but the router doesn't know what BUBBA means. However, if you reboot your bubba, when it restarts it requests an IP addre...

I played around with the Samba config on my bubba, to try and create an account not requiring a password. Nothing I tried helped, but I did find a recommendation to try NFS (No File Security!?). I installed the NFS package on my bubba one, and it works fine; NFS appears as a network to browse, and n...

I have an A-110 working with a bubba (one). If you're having (or think you are) problems with uPNP, try browsing the network and playing a video from the Video folder; this doesn't rely on uPNP. Even better is to install NFS, as this doesn't require passwords to be entered and the performance seems ...

What I meant was, there are lots of apps which *some* people would like to see added to the basic webUI, but obviously this is not possible for all apps, hence Excito's response that they would wait for more users to express an interest. A good example of this is NFS for debian, which seems to give ...

While you might have a point, as was pointed out earlier, there are literally thousands of debian apps. No doubt many of these are truly useful, but Excito can't be expected to add every app to the web UI simply because some users would like it; that's no doubt why Johannes said they would consider ...

I think the command is to create a symlink (but I'm no Linux expert). I think what I did was to edit the nfs config (I can't remember what it's called) and created three NFS shares (to /home/storage/video, /home/storage/pictures and /home/storage/music); these three folders are now visible on my Pop...
