Re: WIFI range?
I've got TP-link antennae. I don't remember the type (it's not written on them). After installing I noticed a distinct range increase being able to use the WLAN of my smartphone about 200 m away. This may have some connection to the large amount of Wifi routers in my area where the high-gain antenna...

Re: WIFI range?
Hi,
I've been having some range problems. Then I bought two high gain antennae for the B3. This increased the range to about 200 m. Perhaps you should try this.

Re: Adding an alternate DNS server
I've got a fixed IP-adress and my ISP does't allow DHCP configuration for this fixed IP. I don't think I'll get DNS information if i set my DNS server to 127.0.0.1

Adding an alternate DNS server
Hi, Het user interface on my bubba only accepts a single DNS server. Most ISP's however have two adresses. Last n ight there one of my ISP's DNS servers was down and I had to manually change the DNS on my B3 in order to regain internet connection. Is it possible to add more than one DNS-server in th...

Hi Johannes,
This is really cool !
I don't think I'm gonna try it though as I don't thrust myself with a soldering Iron enough.

Hi Morgan,
Does this happen for all computers or just for one? If it is just one computer it may be a fault with the computer. Otherwise it's most likely the B3

Re: How to skip logging of one's own IP to apache2/access.lo
Hi Toukie, This is a good question, which I'm unfortunately not able to answer. It should be posted in the B2 & B3 support forum though. This part of the forum is for posting howto's explaining how to install/update/tweak a part of the B2/B3 software. If you've solved the qustion you might want ...

You can skip the remote. Only the receiver is useful if you've got a smartphone or tablet.

Re: Soundbridge replacement
The problem I have with most media players is that you need to turn on your TV in order to listen to music. That's why I like the Squeezebox series. The touch seems a bit too much for me, I use my smartphone, tablet and computer to control my receiver and radio. No need to touch the machine at all. ...

Re: Static IP for computer X with DHCP?
Why not just assign the fixed ip to your computer? Then there's no need to ask dhcp for an adress?

You could use a USB stick. I'm sure there is a topic about this somewhere on the site.

Re: BubbaMon v0.19 available
Same problem here. It may be (not sure yet) that this only happens when i'm at home trying to connect to my B3 via my external domain. I will try to keep track and see if this is true.
