Bubba and a timeserver

I noticed the time on my bubba is very much out of sync.
It would be nice if someone can tell me how to set it right.
It would be even nicer is I could hook up bubba with a timeserver...

But it seems getting packages with apt does not seem to work.
It must be my poor knowledge of linux....
I get this:

apt-get install ntp
