file manager - auto refresh after upload complete

Post by gonk »

When uploading files to a folder the files are not shown when the transfer is complete.
Please update the file list when the upload completes.

Is it possible to install on B3 in bash file manager ( similar to Nautilus, Midnight Commander ). Is there enough memory for it?

To copy directly from attached storage to B3? Or how do do that without using laptop, to use possibility take away laptop and the discs will be still copying from one to another. And is the possible to set attributes on folders?

I am searching the best way how to quick copy files in both directions and not use command line.

Or is it a SciFi?

1) midnight commander runs fine on any B2 or B3.

2) Your question on removing your laptop I do not understand.

3) midnight commander works fine, but you need to log into the console. SCP can be run from the remote PC, but it's slower. Mounting SMB shares is the most user friendly, but removes all permissions and related settings

@2) I meant it like set some file transfer and turn off PC ( similar to transmission )

That only B3 and attached disc will run.

Or is it not possible?

from the command line this is easy.
