Probably the subject already is possible with some UPS device(s).
Could it be done so that, when power restores, it will start up.

If the power has been removed from the Bubba and is then restored, it starts up.
At least mine does.

The problem is not in power restore, but when power is lost - some kind of connection to UPS tels Bubba to shut down.
