mynetworks (postfix)

Hello
I have tried to add networks to the mynetworks parameter in the /etc/postfix/main.cf file ....but when i do a postconf -d the mynetworks parameter stays the same. According to the man pages of psotfix i did also try to add a file with networks but that does not work either..
can anyone help

PS: The list contains 10 IP adresses
