Building kernel modules

Hi!
I thought I'd try to use my Bubba Server (installed using Etch image) to set up some surveillance at home. I've successfully built and installed Zoneminder. I thought I'd try using a Logitech webcam that I had lying around. The one thing I need to do now to get things working is to compile the driver for the webcam (linux-uvc). Thus I need the kernel headers. So where do I find them? The build softlink in /lib/modules/<version> says the modules are in /home/tor/work/kernel, which doesn't seem really that correct in my setup
