Windows file share wont start

Sorry for crossposting this, i posted this as a reply in Bubba Two Support but might be better to post here. Well, I have a problem.
The problem is: When the Bubba has been turned off and i start it it wont start the Samba-share. I can either log in with SSH and start it via the terminal or i can log in on the web infterface and turn off "Windows file share", press Update then turn on "Windows file share" and press update. Then it works again.
This is extremely annoying because i have to do this alot since i prefer to turn of my electronic devices during the night.
I use both Macs and WIndows-machines at home and the AFP always works fine.
Anyone has a sollution for this?
