B2 Media Tomb

Hi,
is there an alternative to media tomb? I am running B2 with latest updates. MT does not refresh properly the media content while I am adding or removing files to/from the storage-directory.
Administration is pretty basic and down to editing config-files. This is good if you are used to it, but for me I like more the GUI-style.
