Squeezebox not working in 2.3.2 how to downgrade?

Hello!
I have the Squeezebox Duet and as we all know it now has the icon and duplicate songs issue in the 2.3.1-2.3.2 B3 firmware releases.
So...
Can somebody please provide step by step instructions how to downgrade to Squeeze center 7.5.4, which is working just fine. Thank you.
