Is there a possibility of a Console/serial access?

Hi,

I am thinking about getting one of those outstanding ARM-based Linux SBC.
My question is the following one:
Is there any possibility to access the computer with a serial/console connection.
I do not know if this is possible throught the usb connection which is the only viable link I can think of looking at the specs.
The reason is that sometimes it might be handy to change the network configuration as one does not have access to the firewall where the server will be connected ...

Pedro

Hi Strider,

I guess you have seen this thread Installing a serial interface to Bubba. Other ways could be to do as you say, using USB. Either by attaching a usb to serial adapter to Bubba and then run a getty on that. Or when we get the USB gadget drivers to work you could use a straight usb cable and run the gadget serial driver on Bubba, to then attach Bubba to a PC.

Great.
