Start a bug- and/or featuretracker system?

Hiya,
I think it would be nice to have a bug- and/or featuretracker system for the bubba software.
The idea with such is to have a central place were all known bugs or upcoming features are shown, what their current status is and also it could be possible to add/report new ones in it.
It would make it easy for users to see in which release their favorite bugfix or feature is planned to be included in. Maybe you already have an internal one that you could make public?
